Please note that I will ship to the PAYPAL ADDRESS as a default option.
If shipping address differs ,please make sure to add a note to me/ indicate in the alternative shipping address during the checkout process to prevent any delays of your orders.
I am most glad to customize any orders just for you & to best suit the occasion.
Your personal custom orders usually take approx 1-2 weeks to make after receipt of payment, depending on the level of complexity.
All custom orders will ship within 1-2 weeks from the time your order is placed and payment is received. Prices may vary depending on the details of piece & I would discuss the timeline with you through convo. Do order early to buffer in some time if it is required for a big occassion. 🙂
SHIPPING OF ORDERS
Before I ship your custom piece, I will usually drop you an email to inform you of the shipment details. Please check your inbox for a confirmation of shipping date/ tracking number.
I ship items worldwide using airmail, which usually takes approx 7-18 working days, depending on location and seasons. If you would like additional insurance or tracking, please contact me and I can send you a seperate quote.
If there’s something you like in my sold orders that is out of stock, or you would like a custom order, please email me too!
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME for normal delivery options are as follows:
Within Singapore ………………………. 3-4 working days
( about 1 week)
Everywhere Else …………………………14-18 working days ( or 2-3 weeks)
Please note: Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
At busy times, items may take longer to ship, so please allow extra time if possible – delivery times cannot be guaranteed during festive seasons, so try to buffer in more time. In addition, items are not considered lost in the mail until a month has passed.
The indication of “Working days” are exclusive of weekends & public holidays as most post office worldwide close on Holidays, Sundays and work only for a short number of hours on Saturdays.
All items will be carefully packaged to protect your pieces from damage during transit. We care for the precious piece of art as much as you do.
GIFTS & WRAPPING
All our items are giftwrapped in a pretty box.
Please let me know if the item is to be given as a gift – I can enclose a small gift tag card free of charge.
If you need, additional special gift wrapping services can also be arranged, please convo me if you need this service. There may be a small charge for your requirements.
CARE FOR YOUR ITEMS
My handmade items are for purely for decorative purpose only and it should be treated with care like all handmade items. To keep it clean, gently wipe on the surface to preserve the your unique item. Do not use the item in micorowave or dishwasher.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase, and hope that you can keep it for the years to come.
Unfortunately, please note that all customized orders are non-exchangeable & non-refundable as they have been made specifically for you.
I will also pack your item with as much care as I can to make sure it reaches you safely. If have any issues with the delivery, please let me know why and do include pictures of the state it arrived in, so we can discuss a course of action together.
However please note to contact me within 3 days upon receiving your item in order to be considered for an exchange.
